Proof

We would rather show you the system than quote you a number.

This page used to carry customer stories. It does not any more, because we could not evidence them to the standard we hold our clients to. What follows is what we will not claim, and the tests you can run on us instead.

The rules we hold ourselves to

What will never appear on this site.

We sell audit integrity. Proof that would not survive an audit has no place in how we sell it.

No named client without their written agreement

We do not print a logo, a company name or a person's name because they are a customer. A name appears here only when that organisation has agreed in writing and is willing to take a call about it.

No quote nobody said

Every quotation on this site is attributable to a real person who approved the wording. We would rather have none than have four.

No percentage without its working

A figure needs a baseline, a sample size and a period, or it is not a measurement. If we cannot state all three, we do not print the number.

No outcome we did not cause

A certificate a client would have kept anyway is not our result. Where our contribution cannot be separated from theirs, we say so.

Instead of testimonials

Seven tests you can run on us without warning.

Each one is checkable inside your own workspace, on a day of your choosing, without telling us first. That is the only kind of proof worth printing.

01

The certificate holds

Surveillance and recertification visits close with no major nonconformity. Minor findings are closed and verified before the next visit.

02

Any question is answered from a record

Name any control. You get its owner, its frequency, the last evidence collected against it and the date, in under a minute. Nobody is given notice.

03

Findings close and stay closed

Every finding carries an owner, a due date, a recorded root cause, and verification by someone other than the owner. How long each has been open is visible without asking.

04

Evidence exists before it is asked for

The pack for the next visit is assembled continuously, against the control it proves. Nothing is rebuilt from memory in the week before an auditor arrives.

05

Your board sees the system without requesting it

One monthly report, drawn from live records, stating what moved, what is late, and what needs a decision from your board.

06

The work is the same every month

The same review runs the same way whoever is on it. Quality does not move with how busy the month was, because the sequence is written down and the system will not let a step be skipped.

07

The system survives a resignation

If the person who holds compliance leaves, the register, the evidence and the decision history are still there, still current, and legible to whoever arrives next.

References

Introductions, once a client has agreed to them.

We do not keep a public reference list, and we do not offer a client's name before asking them.

If you are far enough into a decision that a reference would help, ask. We will go to a client whose programme resembles yours in scope and sector, and ask whether they are willing to take a call. If they say no, you get told that. We do not then go and find a name that will say yes.

What we can show immediately, with no permission needed, is the system itself. A live workspace, running the standards you hold, walked through against its own records.

The honest version of a case study

Bring three policies and one stuck finding. We will run it on your own records.

Forty five minutes. You watch your own workflow run, and you judge it on what it does in front of you.
