Quick answers.

Why is there no price list?+

Because a number without your scope would be wrong in both directions. What it costs depends on which modules you need, how many people operate the system, how many standards and sites are in scope, and whether you want us running it. We will give you a full breakdown, line by line, in the first conversation.

How is it actually calculated?+

Four things: the modules you switch on, the seats you need, the scope in standards and sites and organisations, and the service you want around it. Then it is indexed to the market you operate in. Nothing is bundled to make a tier look full.

Do you charge for every user?+

No. Viewers are always free, however many. People who submit records, complete training or acknowledge documents come free in a ratio. You pay for the people who actually operate the system: admins, managers, process and document owners. Charging for everyone else would make you shrink the rollout, which makes the management system fiction.

Is it the same price everywhere?+

No. The same configuration costs less in Nairobi than in Frankfurt, deliberately. We price against what the work is worth in your market rather than converting a European rate at the spot exchange rate.

What if we add a module halfway through the year?+

You are charged for the part of the period that remains, and nothing more. If you drop something, it comes off at renewal rather than being credited mid-term.

What is the difference between the platform and the service?+

The platform is the software. The service is us running your management system in it: document reviews, evidence cycles, the internal audit programme, findings follow-up and certification readiness. In between there is a middle option where you keep your own Management Representative and we work alongside them monthly.

What's the cancel policy?+

Annual contracts can be cancelled at renewal. We export everything, records and evidence and the audit log, and there is no hostage: the system is yours and already populated.
